Your order may still be processing. Orders are typically handled within 1–2 business days. Also check your spam or promotions folder for emails from MensUrbanWear.

My tracking number isn't showing movement.

Tracking information can take some time to update after a shipping label is created. Check the tracking page again after the carrier has received and scanned the package.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have the package.

First check around your delivery location, entrances, mailbox area, household members or neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team with your order number so we can help review the shipment details.

Which carriers do you use?

Depending on the shipment and destination, orders may be delivered by UPS, USPS, DHL or UniUni.
